Lorraine Le is an international speaker, chef, published author, and mental health advocate known for using culinary storytelling as a powerful medium for emotional healing and personal transformation. With a background in luxury hospitality, brand development, and wellness innovation, she now works as a trusted entrepreneurship and brand strategist, helping purpose-driven individuals build brands and businesses that are not only impactful—but deeply authentic and emotionally sustainable.
Her work is grounded in the principles of authentic entrepreneurship: the idea that our most powerful contributions come from embracing our lived experiences, emotional truth, and inner clarity—not external templates of success.
Lorraine began her career in the luxury hospitality sector, relocating from Melbourne to Asia at a young age. Over more than a decade, she led projects across private aviation, boutique resorts, and cultural training for high-end hospitality groups, developing a reputation for crafting deeply personalized and emotionally attuned brand experiences.
At 27, she entered the culinary world with the launch of REVO, a wellness-focused food concept in China. But it was during the pandemic—driven by her own lived experiences and a rising urgency around mental health—that she made a defining shift. She founded the non-profit Inward, providing support for those impacted by trauma, violence, and emotional distress. Through this work, Lorraine realized she was less interested in serving what was on the plate—and more interested in how people showed up around the table.
She began using food not as performance, but as a platform for change.
Today, Lorraine is known for creating rare, emotionally resonant Chef’s Table experiences that blend storytelling, sensory design, and mental health advocacy into immersive events. Her menus are structured like narratives—anchored in themes such as grief, self-worth, identity, and reinvention—and designed to spark reflection, connection, and community. These invitation-only salons have been sought out by leading international brands looking to create meaningful, one-of-a-kind campaigns and experiences.
Alongside her culinary and advocacy work, Lorraine serves as a strategic advisor to entrepreneurs, creatives, and high-performing leaders, guiding them to align their personal truth with their public voice. Through her private intensives and brand strategy work, she supports individuals in turning their stories into one-of-a-kind, purpose-led brands that reflect who they truly are—not just what they do.
Her work has been featured in Harper’s Bazaar, Women’s Health, and The NYC Journal. She is also the author of Break It Till You Make It (2025), a forthcoming book on authentic entrepreneurship, and pens Grow With Lorraine, a permanent column in That’s Magazine, China’s largest English-language publication, reaching over 250,000 monthly readers.
