Lorraine Le is an international speaker, chef, and mental health advocate working at the intersection of luxury, emotional intelligence, and high-trust client environments.
Known for using culinary storytelling as a medium for connection and transformation, her work spans both immersive experiences and strategic advisory — bridging deeply personal narratives with global, high-value audiences.
With a background across luxury hospitality, brand development, and client strategy, Lorraine has built her career within high-performance, relationship-driven environments across APAC, the US, UK, and the Middle East. She is recognised for her ability to understand not just what people want — but what drives them — shaping experiences, brands, and conversations that resonate at a deeper level.
Her approach is grounded in the belief that the most meaningful work — and the most enduring brands — are built from lived experience, emotional clarity, and self-awareness, rather than external templates of success.
Lorraine began her career in luxury hospitality, relocating from Melbourne to Asia at a young age. Over more than a decade, she worked across private aviation, boutique hospitality, and brand development, becoming known for crafting highly considered, emotionally attuned experiences for discerning clients.
At 27, she entered the culinary world with the launch of REVO, a wellness-focused concept in China. During the pandemic, driven by her own lived experiences and a growing urgency around mental health, she founded the non-profit Inward, supporting individuals impacted by trauma, violence, and emotional distress. It was through this work that her focus evolved — from what is served on the plate, to how people show up around the table.
Today, Lorraine is recognised for her invitation-only Chef’s Table experiences — immersive salons that bring together food, storytelling, and emotional depth within intimate, high-trust settings. Her menus are structured as narratives, exploring themes such as identity, self-worth, grief, and reinvention, designed to foster reflection, connection, and meaningful conversation. These experiences have been sought out by international brands, private clients, and leadership groups looking to create something rare, culturally resonant, and deeply engaging.
Alongside her culinary work, Lorraine operates as a strategic advisor to entrepreneurs, creatives, and leaders — particularly within luxury, property, and high-value client ecosystems. Her work focuses on aligning personal truth with public positioning, helping individuals and organisations build distinct, emotionally intelligent brands and client experiences that drive both connection and long-term value.
Her work has been featured in Harper’s Bazaar, Condé Nast Traveler, Women’s Health, and The NYC Journal. She is the author of Break It Till You Make It (2025), and writes Grow With Lorraine, a long-running column in That’s Magazine, reaching over 250,000 monthly readers.
